November Favourites

Hi there! I can’t believe it’s November and very nearly Christmas! I can’t wait until Christmas and what will be my Birthday very soon. Keep your eyes peeled for a 40th Birthday blog & vlog in the next few weeks.

As you probably know by now I love to try out beauty and make up products so with that said here are my November favourites from the past month.

Coco & Eve body wash

It was time to get a new bodywash and after a good look around I decided to try this Coco & Eve bodywash in Tropical Mango. I really like the scent of this bodywash – it is lovely, fruity & sweet and it’s lovely and moisturising. When I’ve been using this bodywash I don’t tend to put on a body moisteriser afterwards as I find it very moisturising. Some nice little things about this bodywash is that it has priobiotics to strengthen the skin barrier, coconut water to boost hydration and Mango, Papaya and Guava which are high in antioxidants.

OPI cuticle oil

I must admit that I’ve been neglecting my nails a little bit in the past few months. I wanted to change that so bought myself a few nail products including this cuticle oil from OPI. I find this oil very moisturising and hydrating and I’ve been applying it reguarly to help my cuticles which tend to get quite dry. OPI do good quality nail products so I was happy with this cuticle oil and seeing the difference it seems to be making to my cuticles. It smells beautiful aswell.

OPI Nail Envy strengthener

Another nail investment. I tend to have very weak and brittle nails and wanted something to help combat this as I wanted longer stronger nails. To use this product you apply it every other day then after about a week I remove it from my nails then apply it again. I’ve noticed that they are breaking less so I will be interested what my nails will be like with more use.

Rimmel Lasting Finish Lipliner in Matita Labbra

I was looking for a few products that would enhance my lips for when I go out and the first of several products I invested in was this lipliner by Rimmel. It’s a nice deep pink colour and makes my lips more defined and stand out more. I’ve started to wear it with other products as a lip combo which I’ve mentioned below.

NYX Satin Lipstick in Chic

A lovely shade of pink, this lipstick has recently become a firm favourite of mine and it doesn’t dry out my lips which I appreciate. I like to wear it when I go on a night out.

Rimmel Oh my Gloss lip gloss in Snog

Continuing my search for lip products that would work well together, I came across this lipgloss by Rimmel that goes really well with the previous two products that I mentioned and when combined makes my lips more defined and stand out more. I love wearing both this and the other two products as a lip combo.

Revolution Birds of Paradise eyeshadow palette

I love Revolution’s eyeshadow pallettes that they do. They are so vibrant, creative and colourful and this one is no exception. One of my favourite eyeshadow pallettes I’ve had, it has a selection of beautiful colours that are not too dissimilar to some of the colours you may find on some types of exotic birds. I love creating different looks with these eyeshadows.

NYX butter gloss in Madeleine

I like to wear natural colours in the day as apposed to my more vibrant looks if I go out, and I do like a good nude colour on my lips. This is my first nude shade that I have bought in a lipgloss and I find that it works well with alot of my make up that I wear in my make up kit. I usually wear it on its own or with a liner if I’m after a bit more definition.

I hope you enjoyed this months favourites.

See you soon.

Natalie xx
